Sagebrush Properties LLC is a family owned company that strives to provide high quality housing in the Lawton area. Terry and Dawn Smith established Sagebrush Apartments in 2004. Terry is a fourth generation Lawtonian with family ties dating back to 1901. Terry is also co-owner and vice president of Mid-American Lumber Inc. a family operated business that was established in 1965. Dawn is the daughter of Retired First Sergeant Evan D. and Rosemary Anthony who moved to Lawton in 1965. She has been employed in the Sales and Marketing field. Terry and Dawn have two children and have been actively involved in numerous community organizations and have a desire to make Lawton a better place to live.
